Refund policy
Retail return requests must be made within 15 days of receipt of the product.
Wholesale return requests and claims for damaged products must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will not accept any returns for decorated products. Please check all products for accuracy before decorating your order.
Wholesale orders to be returned due to buyer mistakes are subject to a 30% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for the freight charges to return the caps. Refused orders will be subject to a 30% restocking fee plus the cost of the outbound shipping charges.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
